@melbkid08
And you know that the Melbourne Metro Rail tunnel will also allow for trains in the South East and the West to use the tunnel, trains from Watergradens will use the tunnel, i think the more train put underground the better!
thank you all for the wishes……
althought i miss u all,im enjoying meself with this amazing city
ciao
The Victorian Labor Government will place this new state of the art devices on trains which, Every single line on the network will be filmed and analysed by a camera attached to the top of the trains, this will check overhead wires (ongoing), and another test us underway to test every line in Melbourne.
@melbkid08
All the leader, Labor, Liberal and the Greens, they have other jobs as well, Ted Bailliue has a Real Estate business which he could make maximum profits, an investigation was filed in 2003 about that. Ted Baillieu sold hospitals and schools just so he could make the million he was making, he cared about making money more than helping people, you know that labor are building a new hospital in Geelong even know they have one now, which Geelong will have 2 hospitals!
@melbkid08
With the bike hire system, it is law in Victoria for people to use a helmet for a bike, people can’t hire helmets but they can buy there at locations around the city. for safety reason they can’t be hired
@melbkid08
Since Premier John Brumby has been in office, he has put together the transport plan which is worth 40 billion dollars over 14 years, and he has only been in for 3 years, not every labor leader are the same, but, i can assure you that if liberal are elected, train and bus services will be cut, the same as last time they were in office, this is because ted buillieu is the leader of the liberal party now, it was all because of him that all the train lines closed!
@melbkid08
And the Melbourne Metro Rail Tunnel has got nothing to do with the CityLook, the Metro rail tunnel is a new rail line underground
@melbkid08
I wouldn’t be listing to the Public Transport Users Association, if if liberal wins, the CityLook will have less trains going in there, Liberal cut trains all over the system, the Labor Party even has plans to bring in 24 hour public transport.
@melbkid08
Are you aware that some parts of the train system are over 100 years, liberal should have replace rail track but they didn’t spend money on transport at all! now, when liberal came in office, they put together projects to replace over 110.000 track sleepers per years, and replace overhead wiring, but, if the Government were to fund all this, yes it would fix the issue just like that but then we would be in debt of more than 27 billion just for the train network, !
@myvistahosting
im not sure if youve seen this but ww.ptua.org.au /myths/infra.shtml
@myvistahosting
watch some of the videos on the DOI’s website the videos made about the city loop say they could actually double train services into cbd with the city loop and this hasnt been reached yet.
@myvistahosting
yeh i was actually suprised they got funding for the fast rail, theyre submission to the feds mustve been amazing
the bike thing was a good idea but do you think users should be able use them without helmets im just asking for you opinion
@myvistahosting
im from melbourne, take the train, bus everyday and im sick of it. im not fussy bout much of it the only thing that annoys me is that labor has been in for 10yrs+ and havnt done much.
i will admit that it would probably be a better place if brumby was in charge instead of bracks
@myvistahosting
if they can get there, and have funding then well done
@myvistahosting
no sarcasm here but i guess u are pretty smart actually many people didnt know that Baillieu owns a real estate business. but that was his job and his living
@melbkid08
Labor even has plans to make Victoria much more sustainable, by 2020, 26% of power in Victoria will come from renewable power!
@melbkid08
You support the liberal party and for what they have done to Victoria, Ted Baillieu was in the liberal party last time and he gave the advice to the premier to cut all them jobs and close them schools and hospitals, it was so he made money because Ted Baillieu owns a real estate business which he used to sell the land for the schools and hospitals, and he is now the liberal leader, he also has no policies, not on transport, health or education, not even for sustainability!
@melbkid08
And labor has funded for new trains, trams and buses, even V/Line trains! which are now being rolled out, and, the labor party is supporting jobs, there were over 126.000 jobs generated last year in Victoria, that’s more than the amount of people that moved here (121.000), and liberal plan to take jobs overseas if elected! i can send you a direct link!
@melbkid08
That;s odd, that guy ‘walkabout99′ seems to be the only from on your list, it sounds like you must be in liberal or from Sydney, don’t lie!
@harmony224
Ireland is a fucking white trash, Melbourne has been rated as one of the safest cities in the world by world standards, just because they wont let you in Australia, this country is great and with so much freedom!!!!
@melbkid08
And most funding coming from any states budget comes from the Commonwealth, the Government can only submit some things but not to many or projects can be rejected, the labor party is taking action, the labor party is extending 4 railway lines, including Epping to South Morang and Watergradens to Sunbury, the labor party has also funded a new public bike hire system with 50 bike stations and 600 bikes around the city and that’s already up and running
@melbkid08
Victorian isn’t in debt by 30 billion nor 4 billion, and the City Look is in use and is over used, there are plans to build another set of tunnels to the CityLook in the next 14 years, and yes the Metro Rail Tunnel is needed as it will service the Royal Children’s Hospitals, Woman’s Hospital, the University, St Killer Road, in the South and the North of the City (North Metro Station),
@myvistahosting um im not the same person, and im not ‘f….d up’ cause im not you!!
regional rail link, yes well done for the labor government for campaigning for federal funding, they did do a good job there(no sarcasm)
but really there is no point for the metro rail tunnel, the city loop is massively underused and the tunnel is unfunded aswell as westlink
and how do you expect the previous liberal governemnt to pay for anything with a $30 billion debt
looks nice
Melbourne is the white trash capital of the world. OMG there are soooo many trashy low class people in this city. There is sooo much anti social behaviour, crime and vandalism, graffiti, litter. A relentlessly ugly city.
